      Not my sentence structure. WTF....

I am selling (or planning on selling)

The front strut housings from my 89 325is. I will also include the bearings, brake discs, springs, and shocks. I have some guy interested, but I am unsure as to what to charge for them.

Mileage, spring type (stock or lowered) brand of all parts, condition and things like that all need to be considered with the final price.

            Both maybe around $250ish?

The shocks are going to be pretty worn if not dead by now with that milage. The spring is also probably tired as well. The bearings do last a long time, but 196k is a long time too.

Sounds cool to me. Anything for them is cool IMO. I have a guy looking to put them in his 84 "e". I am sure it will bolt up, but I think the springs are an upgrade.

Don't the older cars use a smaller shock insert?

They may be...I am not sure. I see the housing part #'s are the same, though.

yes, but it wont matter if you're replaceing the whole assembly.

older as in 84 - 85 318i only. $250 bucks for two front struts and brakes with near 200k is WAY too much. yards wont charge more that 20-50 per strut with everything on it.

but hey, thats just an opinion
