IMO the best tool chest are Lista.
Pretty expensive, but i have had two of them (were my dads) from the late 80's early 90's and are still in brand new condition. I just ordered 3 new ones to finish off set. but if you are looking for quality Go with lista.
On the other note my buddy had a snap on like pictured above and it is also a very good chest
