Today I finished up work on the engine. Its running great now.

I was having huge issues with a lumpy uneven idle, and major hesitation going WOT off idle. Under 2500RPMs it had no power, and barely wanted to pull

The valve clearance was set to .010 and today I adjusted them to a tight .012.

Engine idles and pulls like a champ now :)

and of course, a new video to prove it (pull to 6k in 1st, into second, then jump on the brakes.)

Cool video, it sounds absolutely amazing! That sound on the driveway is nasty though. Mean looking car.

Heh.. I let the cam glaze by letting the car idle for like an hour at 1500rpms. It should be perfectly fine. The bottom end has 35k on it, and the top end is like 1mile.

Wow. That is sweet. Love the sound. Looks/sounds powerful. Not much weight transfer on acceleration/deceleration, and the ride height is right. The body is right. Personally not crazy about the wheels. Not bad, but could be better, imo. I know you gotta be some kinda proud. :up: :up: (that's two thumbs up)
