    actually, you don't have to remove them if you can get the bump stops out easily. mine fall out when I raise the car, then it's just a matter of rolling the rear up on a pair of ramps, taking off the 19mm trailing arm bolts, compressing them and adjusting them. You might be able to get away with just taking the bump stops out completely, then you wouldn't have to worry about that step.
    yeah, i was kinda thinking they could be adjusted without completely removing themor whatnot, but it'd still be easier to turn a knob. :P

          I lied, I ran my part numbers yesterday through GC-- I have 6" 375lb/in fronts and 5.5" 475 lb/in in the rear

            mine are Front= 51392 (the only numbers i found) they are 5" springs and lower 2.5" supposedly and the rears are 44350 0500.225.0500 5inch spring lowering 2.25"

                It's lame doing it yourself. I'd rather have someone else whip mine out and fiddle with it. They can also clean up the mess.

                On a different topic, I DO hope to work on my own suspension this summer.

                    Yes. When I was talking to the GC guy when ordering my 6" spring, he was surprised I had a 5in spring, as he said the 5.5in is the popular in the E30 application. So Bryson's 5.5 length does not surprise me.
