    Alpina Kopi weight?

How much do the Aplina Kopis weigh in at? Would a 235/35 fit nicely on these rims? And do you think Id expirience any rubbing with my car lowered with the H&R Cup Kit?

    Thanks.

About 21 lbs I believe. It depends on your rear fender arches but if you have the newer ones I' say you couldn't fit that size tire in back without rolling the fender. Same with the front. I think that 215/40/17 is a great size for the Kopi's as it is just about the same ratio as stock and there are some really good tires available in that size.

Thanks for the info. Is that the tire size you happen to be using on your kopis? Also what did you lower your car with? Do you have any pics of some close ups of the wheel/tire on hand that you could email me? KathodeFuZion@cox.net

BTW that is a freakin awesome ride you got there.

Yes, I am running Yokohama Parada Spec 2's in 215/40/17 lowered with a Spax kit. It makes the car aggressively raked and makes the front really low.

This is the best picture I have showing the wheel/tire combo

I also have the Kopis with yoko parada spec2s in 215/40/17. I am running the cupkit. I have already rolled the fenders as much as I can and I still rub in the back. 225s coming this summer with flared fenders.

I rub with my kopi's with the cup kit. In the rear, above the lip (lip is rolled). Only under heavy acceleration or bumps and stuff.

That is because your local shop doesn't have them, and most likely never will.

                  Yes, they are 17x7.5 ET20

WOw? $179 per rim?. The Alpina Distributor is right by my house. They only made 16"s for the E30, well the lady said :P. But i'm pretty sure 18" would fit in the car even though i just want 16-17

Yeah, these must be replicas, but that's cool, at least you can get them in 17. Where do you live?
