    LTW flywheel question

First off how heavy is the stock 325i flywheel?

can i use a E36 LTW on a 90 325i? they are both single mass, holes line up i am going to get back to you on the size but anyone ever done this? you can bolt an M50 to a e30 trans so i assume you can use a e36 flywheel then. got any info on this?

Stock single mass m20b25 flywheel is 19lbs

Just have a machine shop turn it and lighten it. Mine is 12lbs, it cost me $90 and was done in the same day...

Yeah, ditto. I got a lightened stock one from Metric Mechanic. My stock single mass eta flywheel was 24 lbs. and it was lightened to 12 lbs.

I've heard you can use the m20 flywheel on an M50, so I don't see why not the other way around.
