They're worth what you want to pay.
They look like "style 32" wheels which came in lots of different sizes- but I think 15-16" are the most common. Price sort of depends on condition, size and how bad you want them. :)
I'd say they're probably worth $300-400 per set if in decent shape, more if they're really nice or you really want them.
