Fairly New Paint less than 1 year old, IVORY WHITE PEARL paint. It is in great condition, there are a few small chips on the front bumper and one quater size chip from a rock. I will touch these spots up for you. There is also one dent on the passenger side front door I took a picture of as you can see. This can be fixed without needing to be painted because it is not creased and is accessible by taking off the door panel. I have not had time to fool with it.

    INTERIOR:
New Leather seats. Black and white. These are in good conditions with a few small marks hear and there. There is only one major spot which can be fixed by an upholstery shop. As you can tell from the picture.
Interior is in good shape (dirty in pictures, I still have to clean it).
    Polished Gear Shifter
Brand New Leather Steering Wheel Cover
Carpet is in good condition as well as the mats.
Headliner is in good condtion as well.
Sunroof Needs a New Switch and the Track needs Greasing. It will go up with a new switch but makes a screeching sound. BMW says it just needs grease and needs to be ran.

THIS BMW IS IN GREAT SHAPE AND RUNS LIKE A DREAM. NO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER AND THIS CAR WILL CRANK AND RUN PERFECTLY. I WOULD GET A CHIP FOR THE VEHICLE IF I WAS KEEPING IT BECAUSE THE MACHINE SHOP SAID THAT I COULD GAIN AROUND 40 - 50HP (REAL HP) BY ADDING A CHIP BECAUSE THE STOCK CHIP IS BUILT FOR A 325I AND SINCE I HAVE A BUILT M3 MOTOR IT NEEDS TO BE TUNED. THE CAR HOWEVER IS REALLY QUICK NOW SO I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE WITH THE CHIP.

    THEN HE SAYS THIS

First off the block is from the original car and has performance pistons, and rings and has been bored and honed with all new parts as listed above. The head is from a 1995 model M3 which had the S50 engine in it. It was still the E36 body style. However the head is from the M3 and is built. The Intake manifold is the M50 manifold off of the E36 bodystyle 325I which if you do research has better airflow than the S50 intake manifold.<----- IS THIS TRUE??

when he talks about the chip...im thinking the car still thinks its a 325i cause of the stock ecu in it right? so in order to be m3...i would need to buy an m3 ecu ...? or could it just be chipped? they are probably different wiring harnesses ??

I would stay away from that car and from that clown .

Seems like he just copied and pasted a parts list from different sited in the web .
Does not seem like he has a clue about anything .

Plus its an E36 , why do you want an E36 ?
Try posting this on Bf.c and see how hard they laugh .

Where do you get off saying that? Completely naive.

That could definitly be steal if the work as is stated (and he says he has receipts etc). Yes, the m50 manifold is an upgrade for your US M3 engines and yes, if it is running off the stock ECU there is a lot of potential to be unleashed. 40-50 may not be too optimistic (I have no idea how the stock is dealing with those mods...)

Dunno what prices are like in the US, but thats pretty cheap for all that work to me.

Follow it up - see what happens.

          Easy there Aussie . :D

First I am anything but naive , thats why I say to stay away from this car and the clown selling it .

Yes all of that would be a bargain at the $7k he mentioned if all the work/parts and been performed .

Check over that list again .
It is written and put together by someone who knows jackk shit about BMW twin-cam engines and they are coming across like they are just trying to hype up the add with buzz words and ters they read somewhere .

Hell I'm surprised that he does not state that it has "Brand new OEM BMW performance VTEC" . :D
And speaking of ....where is the new Vanos unit to go along with that healthy parts and build list ?

          Scammer . Stay away .

Internets experts = assume noes nothing

So nothing personal :) just a qualified statement as to why you think its a scam would be useful, like this:

Thats a good point - when did the m50 engines get vanos - 94?
            Otherwise loom swap?

Someone who knows m50s should chime in (definitley not me)

Well the add claims it to have a '95 M3 head which would make it a Vanos head and it also claims to have M3 cams which are definitely fo Vanos use .

This brings us to another point ...the whole deal about the "upgrade" M50 manifold .
The '95 M3 is OBDI and therefore is already using the "regular" M50 manifold .

And if its using an M3 head and cams which would require vanos then it could not be running on a regular 325 DMe either .

I could go on and on .

To the OP : Stay away , plain and simple .

Wow, either a car that has a ton of new of new parts, or a clown selling a dump just looking to make a quick buck.

Either way - be careful. New parts come in plastic packages, once you install them and drive around the block, they are used...

So many seller BS on their sales discripition, knowing half the people will never know...I've personally have got parts sold as "new" and then get a greasy broken part. Pisses me off.

All you need to know is this

                "Caveat Emptor"

                .....

sounds like its been in an accident to me or something.
i'd stay away unless you see the car for your self and inspect it very well.
i'd be skeptical about it but who know. take a look.
