    Tempting

This might go for a price I could afford.

Hell, I saw a 2000 with 84,000 miles and every option (black on black) go for $35,000 (dealer got it at auction for $29k!). So fucking worth it. Driving an M5 gives me a giddy sense of bliss. I swear hitting the gas pedal on the car must release laughing gas into the cabin as well as provide acceleration.

Cars are a waste of money! If you've got 20 K to spend you should buy something that might increase in value. ;)

That being said M5’s rock and those seats are so sweet.

M5's are awesome. The power will rock you and it looks sweet.

The E39 is so sweet. It's spacious and the interior is gorgeous. If there is one DD I could go for it'd be an E39. M5's are fucking tight. (Actually, a E38 is awesome as well......but not as fun as a 540 Sport or M5)

p.s. Don't me tempted.....remember $$ is for investing. You're ride is pimp as it is.

Yeah I know I know...only get into debut for assets that increase in value. I've held true to that so far and plan on staying on the straight and narrow.

But wow, $29k for an M5.

Dude, that's like 4-8 HUD houses. Or like 3 + $$ to fix them up and resell for 4X as much as you spent!

Real estate investing owns. Get that license.

You'd probably go broke. +100k miles and maintenance parts are probably a bitch...... imagine something mechanical/electrical going out on you. Wow it'd be a pretty penny to repair.

I can't imagine a SMG going out on an M3 without warranty. I doubt ANYONE besides the dealer can help w/ that. Good luck paying the bill

But that's just me and I could be wrong. Maybe you even have that covered. If you do, more balls to you. It'd be awsome to have an M5.

Erick, Eric works at the dealer still. For anyone else, good point. It'd be a pain for him I'd bet, but our full time guys get sweet deals/hook ups. (Like wheels 50% off. :D )

But no one tempt him any more. He needs all the capital he can have to invest. Get a house to live in, even if it's crap. It's value can still go up.

Eric, where are you living at now? (Parents or renting an apartment?) Better to be with folks than throwing away money borrowing someone else's investment......

btw, I can let you in on a few tips I've heard. One being find a house in a neighborhood that is below the average value for the neighborhood.......it could be cleaned up and the value brought up. Sometimes it'd just carpets and paint.

Get the RE license, get the business up and going.....then you can get an E39 for running around clients, or for DD. You could do RE work in your off time from the dealer.

I swear on my S50B30 engine ( most exspensive single thing I have )
that owning your own apartment is the wisest thing you can do,

I have had mine for 2 years in june,, and the value has gone up $12.500 and I only spent $200 on a fence,,

That 12.500 could be my S50B30 swap ( done twice in 2 seperate cars with all included ) Of course it´s on loans and such but I could walk away right now with $4k and all loans payed. Also it´s cheaper to own an apartment then rent one ( at least in Iceland even if you have full mortgage on it )

Of course you don´t have as much money as when living at parents and such, but it´s yours and you can do what ever you can with it, also it´s the best to have your own apartment when hooking up with girls, they just love a guy with his own place ;)
