photoshop experts needed for banner add

I need a banner in the following sizes.

Width - 800 pixels
height - 142 pixels
resolution at the moment is 72x72

I need the banner to be a car theme with pictures of chips in the background as well as maybe an engine with the title being ChipedUK

There will be a good drink in it for someone if they can help me out (or a free chip if you prefer)

Is it possible to use the top pictue and put the writing from the bottom picture on it ?

Do you mean 'chipped' as in a computer chip for the car's ecu? As far as I know, that's the correct use of the English language no matter what country you're in.
