I'm sure patrick will one day get lots and lots of my money, but that day has yet to come ;)

Easily thousands.
BUT,
Let's say I've spent $3,000 with them over 3 years as a customer.
Let's say we have 100 people here that have each spent $3,000 with them over the last 3 years.
That is approximately $100,000 a year in revenue for 3 years from our little circle, YET their markup has to be so slim that almost none of that is profit.
I can't say enough good things about BMA. But I'll highlight some great details:
1. Patrick and all the guys at BMW ALWAYS go above and beyond with their service and help. Do you guys have any idea how frustrating it can be to run a parts business? You deal with 11 digit part numbers, ringing phones, stupid questions, and dumbass people ALL DAY. Yet whenever I call and ask them to help me figure out what I need for a job, they are patient and act like I am a VIP. It's amazing, and these guys do it day in and day out for all of us. Let me tell you...I could not be as patient and kind as they are.
2. See my example above about the markup...these guys are barley making any money off of even the high rollers on this forum.
3. I used to work at a local BMW dealership and apparently got things at 10% over cost. Do you know that I found it was still cheaper for me to go through BMA? Some of the parts were significantly cheaper from BMA.
4. A lot of local AZBMW guys use a warehouse in Phoenix. They are 10 minutes from me, have similar prices, and offer in store pickup. However, I found that it was actually more convenient and cheaper to use BMA even though it meant paying for shipping and waiting until the parts arrived. Service was spotty at the local warehouse and they made pickup and payment difficult. After a few so-so experiences, I switched back to BMA and will probably stay loyal to BMA considering their excellent customer service.
So if any of the BMA guys read this, I am someone who is very hard to impress but you guys are awesome.
The list of products I openly endorse is scarce:
1. BMA
2. Valentine 1
3. Chuckbox (local grill)
4. Pita Jungle (local pita place)
5. BMW's.
