Dont get smoked. just get clear to protect them. why diminish light output?

Clear for sure. The regular thickness stuff is fine for the headlights IMHO.

I like my smoke film, but the only reason I have it is because I can't afford smoked ellips, relocating oil cooler and relocate my IC right now....The light output isn't bad at all with my H4. I could imagine how bad it would be with sealed beams though.

Where do you all order laminex from? I have a couple sites from when I owned my VW, but all of it is pre-cut for those headlights.

                        I have a question,
I currently have Lamin-x Over my foglights, i want to take it off, but i was wondering would it be possible to apply the film again? or is it a "one time" use?

                        Thanks

I don't know if you bumped this as a joke or not, but I removed Lamin X from the headlights on my first e30, and they got torn up in the process..

Just because it happened to me doesn't mean it'll happen to everyone though. I bought the car with the laminex on, so who knows how long it was on? You might have better luck..
