Ive got the stage 3's They are a gret spring. I love them, little stiff if you live in a bumpy area. Also i'd get KONI's if i had to do it again, The bilsteins are fine for nice roads, but it gets kinda cooky when the roads arent so nice.
Had the Stage 3 springs on my old 325e 4 door acutocross car.
Since the springs are progressive, they were fairly comfortable on the street, but they SUCKED with Bilsteins. Progressive rate springs and too much compression damping make for a crappy ride for sure.
Here is a link to a pic of the ride height - I know, the car is absolutely hideous - Salvage title, all bondo, but hauled ass in the acutocross with a chip and a 3.25 diff. Yay torque.
BTW spoon you might want to consider if you are going to be able to deal with a rougher ride, depending where you go off to college and how the roads are there might make you consider other things.
yay, finally you wont ride higher than sean's 325e ;) but this also means im gonna get put to work when you get them :(
Actually, this probably means "ghetto-Tegra" style spring installation again. :nice:
