In need of touch up paint

I made a deal with my friend with a 2001 330Ci that if I detailed it and could get rid of the key mark on the rear fender(about 3 inches long) then I could take it to my prom for free. Where can I get a small roller applicator for touch up paint. He said dealer wanted 400 bucks to fix it, but i think just a small touch up will be fine.

    TIA

    Nail polish
May take a little bit, but it works if you get the right color.

Small key mark? Cleaner wax my friend, cleaner wax. $4 buys you a bottle of Meguiar's; trust me, it's a white car owner's best friend. Just apply a little in a swirling motion and watch the mark disappear.

This is, however, if it's not all the way through the paint.

If it's all the way through the paint, how the HELL did that get there? It takes work to get through the paint with a key.

When i looked at it this afternoon it went through the first few layers of paint as far as i could tell. ill try that first, before messing with paint.

Can I use the cleaner wax all over, then do i put another coat of protectant wax over that? or just the cleaner wax?

Cleaner wax, or at least Meguiar's, is a carnauba wax mixed with a very fine polish. It polishes the scratch out and coats it with wax simultaneously. I use this stuff for the doors and fenders of my car when I wax it, saves time and those panels aren't as subject to the wear as the roof, hood, and trunklid, where I use the Gold Class carnauba wax and three-step system. I do the whole car w/the three-step system once a year.
