I dont post any kill stories in this forum but on occasion I share my wins and losses on bimmerforums.Anyways there is this guy I know that drives an "unbeatable" 96 328is on bimmerforums.He posts under the name "3rdone".It took me a while before I figured out who this guy is because not many BMW drivers in San Antonio post on any forum.
Even though I have never run him I have run other cars he has and of course get a different story from them.His latest is a "I killed a Trans Am".
His stories always start out with I killed him by a mile and then they taper off to a few inches.I have seen his car run and it is kind of quick but it is by no means going to be able to beat all the cars he says.His car is BONE stock except for eibach kit and heavy ass 18 inch rims.Thats it.Still has stock 100K+ exhaust and not even a chip or intake.
He always says how he beats the 99+ GTs, his "cousin" 330ci 5sp, and even a fairly new S4.Granted none of those cars are supercars but neither is his.
I even setup 2 races for him and I and both times he backed out.I see him on the street numerous times at 1-2 am and he says...sorry I got to go to....."enter excuse here".
I know this is meaningless to most but it just bothers the fuck out of me.He is scared of a mild worked but still NA m20 yet he claims to beat all these v8's.I always admit that I dont stand a chance against 99+ V8's without my N20.Yet he wont even run me even if I take my bottle out of the car.
Aside from his BS kill stories he is a cool guy.Just getting tired of his impossible kill stories yet wont step up to the plate with me or other BMW drivers I hang out with.
So should I call him out....or should I continue to let himself make an ass of himself.
