Look what just stopped at my house!

    2004 SL500

No joke! My older neighbor's Navy buddy just bought one of these in white, and they drove it up t my house. I ummm... can't find words for it. Idle sound is awesome, as is the sound during take off down my street. Too many crazy amazing features. 285 wide out back 255 in front! Damn... it really rocks.

Yes, yes I did. I would feel a little odd, excusing myself to get a camera so I can take a picture to put up on the internet. I dont even know the owner at all. First time I have met him. And likely the last.

They must be pretty damn nice cars, cause Joey Kramer(Aerosmith drummer), who lives down the street, drives his SL55 daily, and he's got a bunch of other really nice cars, including a 360 Modena, and a few Porsche turbos.

AMG's are hot, but i don't know how i would deal with driving a crazy fast car that is a slushbox. Would it still be fun?

Common car in the Eifel region and if anyone has gotten there lastest Bimmer they would almost be able to see my house in one picture featured in the Nurburring article. Now that jealousy, living so close.

On the track... nah. But who would track such a car anyways? :P
