I was at the track last night and six guys where practising for the night race starting at 8:30. I sneaked in at 7:00 to get some practice time as I'm a noob. The hobby is very serious, one guy came from a race in Japan last week and another was in Portugal for some international race, this guy is a Mail Man!! He must be spending every penny on this hobby.
You can start with $150 dollar kit, car radio etc. Hop op ups are cheap, tires and wheels $20, hot motor $17, bearings $12. The radio I'm debating on getting is $200. IS lip spoiler or new Futaba PK computer wonder?????
