    Lucky bastard, our local law says you can't have anything hanging from indoor mirros, beacuse they obstruct drivers view, I fit was me I'd sure get a ticket.

            We have the same "don't hang stuff from the rear view mirror" law in New Jersey too. Cops here probably would have given you two tickets.
