I am looking to possibly buy a fellow members car (jimsill), and was hoping for some help on pricing.

m-tech 1 rear spoiler
Im the third owner, adult owned for the first 11 years of lits life until i bought it in 2000 with 105K on it. Original paint is decent, some small door dents and other expected blemishes. My mechanic is a master BMW tech and has been with BMW since 1969. The man can assemble a 2002 or e30 blindfolded.
Maintenance at 120K
-Ansa exhaust
-New cat
Maintenance at 140K
-Timing belt
-new rocker arms and new cam (basically the top end was completely redone)
-cap/rotor
-OEM pads and rotors
Maitenance at 160K
-Bilstein/H+R combo
-rear wheel bearings
-all hoses replaced
-rebuilt rack installed
-new tie rods and control arms
Maintenance at 165K
-front wheel bearings
-guibo replacement
-rear subframe mounts
-Valve cover gasket
-shifter bearings redone (no slop whatsover)
-SS brake lines
There is a ton of other stuff i cant remember. Ive put less than 5K on this car in the last two years. I rarely drive it, and it doesnt make sense for me to keep maintaining a car i dont use/need. The car has a bunch of other little touches too, like chrome e32 headlight surrounds, leather boot and ebrake handle, europlate filler, etc, etc, etc...
Cons:
Slight, slight rust
Sandblasted, slightly dented hood (needs paint)
Fender was dented and filled/painted poorly.
2 Ronals are bent enough to vibrate, curbed slightly
Whats the consensus?
