I use Mother's Preserves Protectant. Red bottle, get it at just about any auto parts store. Works REALLY well, and has a great finish and a good smell. The finish lasts for quite a long time.

Armor all is shit. If you don't reapply it pretty much weekly, it will dry your dash out in no time and leave you wide open to cracks and discoloration.

Meguiar's sent me some of their NXT Interior stuff and I'm pretty impressed.

silicon is THE DEVIL and will only serve to dry out whatever you think you're protecting in the long run
