took me for ride the night before Spring Show 'n' Go in englishtown. def. one of the best ( in my top 5 for sure) handling and acclerating cars Ive been in, still very tastefully styled, too.

The model S4 you drove in really didn't impress me that much, and I don't have high standards for power. It's a 250hp car that weighs like 3800lbs...nothing too exciting. A stock E36 M3 is faster, the only reason the S4 can run 5.5 0-60 is because of the AWD.

Exactly, the B5 s4 just isn't that impressive unless it's heavily modded. The B6 and newer V8 S4s are a different beast.

I have a few friends that own/have owned S4's. I think the B5 is one of the absolute best looking cars to come out of Germany. In fact, I'm on the look out for a B5 wagon for the next project car. :D

They are definatly nice cars but the work on those compacted motors is a bitch, same with some VWs which is basically an audi anyway but i wouldnt turn down any year M3 for an audi, the only thing that would come close would be a Corvette.
