Did E30's ever come with a Webasco style roof?

I've seen these roofs on 2002's and E36's before, just wondered if they came on a E30?

Here's a link to a E36 318ti with this style of roof. http://losangeles.craigslist.org/wst/car/348568003.html Did these roofs come from the factory like this or where they aftermarket?

    G-Man
    74 2002tii (many mods)
    86 325 (sold)
    88 325is (sold)
    89 325i (totaled)
    91 318is (parted out)
    91 318i
    98 Tacoma Prerunner (parts hauler)

I dont have an answer to your question, but that is an awesome 318ti. Great price too.

Neat roof as well.. I hope it isnt the same quality as the interior.

      No .

No e30's or 02's came with sliding ragtops like that .

Last BMW that I can think of that came with a sliding rag is the Isetta .

No , the e36 ti did come with the "California edition" which included the sliding rag .

But if its on an e30 then yes its aftermarket as well as being dumb .

100% correct about the e36 ti. the California edition came with that roof.

Not exactly what you're looking for, but how about a Baur tc?

                Good luck finding one :)

Bauer E21s and E30s had similar roofs, but saying that is redundant now...
