well its got a markd chip that i had him burn me but i want to be able to kinda fine tune it and make better use of my wideband, as well as get off the afm, mainly the afm deal

i was thinking either smt7 or mapecu, but with mapecu1 you cant even think about controling spark which i dont think id really mess with anyway
i donno i guess it really comes down to price and how well i think id be able to understand it, map ecu would make losing the afm easier as it comes with a map sensor built into it

I have an SMT7. It's not for sale, but I can vouch for its ease-of-use. And trust me, you want to control spark. It's VERY easy to play around with ignition advance on the SMT7, log different runs, and find the timing that maximizes acceleration times.
There's a member here, Gunni, he goes by the name of 'gstuning', he's the one who got me in touch with the right people. I believe he's the agent for SMT in Iceland. Try PMing him.
