Automotive Battery Charger

So, fathers day is coming up and my sisters and I want to get my dad a new battery charger to charge the batteries in his boat among anything else that needs charging. What do you guys suggest a far as brand/model? Budget is under $100.

Definitely has to have a fast charge setting, would be nice to have a trickle setting maybe (1 amp charge) and a jump start mode would be cool too.

Also, something small, not one of those roll around types.

They have a nice one at Sears for $69. It has the "fast charge" function but I am not sure how fast that actually is. Also, I am assuming that this is a deep cycle battery if its on the boat. Can deep cycle batteries be quick-charged?
