That depends on the locate, usually at the south of Lima (100Km away) should be arround 30-45K$ a mid house, bigger can be 60-80K$ all depends...

In Mancora, where is my house, I'm not sure how much will cost to buy a house like that one will ask my father, but prepare the terrain, take out the mountain that's is now behind of my house was arround 300K$ a lot of monay, that's why we are building like 8 house there to rent them and recover some money...and well if all goes well in the near future we will win some $$$ renting them... :D

Ok, I asked my father, he told me that a house in mancora, + - like mine should be arround $70K, a little bit smaller shoudl be arround 40-50K$

Now, in the south beaches is more, I did a msitake there, the cheapest house there should be arround 80K I guess, also there are some houses depending on what beach is exactly arroun 200-500K $ there you have all the needs, discos, show cars, etc etc, is the luxery or "luxiest" beach in the south from Lima.

A normal house in Lima (mid size) like for example 400Mt2 (square meters) in a good zone (mid-high rate) should be arround 250-300K $

Also answering more directly in your question redBaron, the cost of live in Peru, it's very very very cheap!! and very comfortable like you don't have the less idea...you can contrat a girl that works int he home, making the beds, cooking and that shitt for about $130 per month....Oh BTW...if you have a nice work in your country, or a big company that makes nice $$$$ numbers, living here will be a joke!

Beach houses own. 8) We have a beach house in Brazil that I go whenever possible. Beach houses are a blast. Nothing in a 20 mile radius.... so it's lock the car keys in the safe and start partying 24/7 :drink:
