That is a pretty stupi uninformed thing to say .

That 190 is the 16v twin-cam 5-speed evo version .
The one they had to make to race them in DTM .

That would be like calling a nice E30 M3 lame just because its a E30 .

No actually those things aren't that exciting IMHO. We are doing a complete paint job on one right now at our shop (gold 190e 16v 5sp) and I would take an e30 over it anyday. Still cool cars and it is too bad that one had to die a horrid death.

drove one... would rather drive an eta e30 with blown shocks... its that bad

just because it was made for the same reason as the e30 m3 doesnt mean MB got the same result. If you drove one you would understand

I've driven stock ones and modded ones as well .

Yes they are not my cup of tea but i still take them for what they are .
Its not like it was just some beat 190e .
