    Taimya M3 available for orders.

Just thought to see if Tower Hobbies had gotten any yet. Not yet but you can order one and only for $105 If only I didn't need new tires so badly.

Sweet...is this just the shell, or does it come with the remote/chassis/etc too?

if it's the later, or you can link me to where to get the parts, I am going to buy one so fast it will make your head spin

it comes with everything but a remote, and battery.
You'll need a 2 channel am or FM remote with 2 servo's(if you sue the included mechanical speed control) there was a rumor these would come with electronic controlled but I'm not sure.
6 cell battery pack, charger. and paint for the body. Tower hobbies whould have some kits you can buy to make it complete.
Here is a list of Accesories needed not for this exact kit but same chassis, the parts needed would be the same though.http://www.speedmart.com/listings/ma...ckit110on.html
You can pick and choose items and find a little better price but it gives you a feel.
Do you have a Hobbytown USA near you? if so they sell start up kits with radio, charger and all that.

That's the correct chassis the m3 will have all the same items minus rims and body.

If I remeber correctly some where a little over $100
A typ radio is around $50-$100 then charger about $30 and battery about $30. I searched hobby town's online cattalog and couldn't find it. of course it has been over a year since I last purchased a remote control vehicle(having withdrawl).

I want the shell badly is what I want. After you've had a couple full on $300+ kits with all carbon fiber chassis it's hard to go back to a simple kit :( if I buy one it will jsut become a display model. Or I'll buy 2 and save one body for show stick the other body on a nice chassis and drive the one chassis down my stairs and beat the crap out of it.(destroyed a nice monster truck jumping it down the stairs from my attic)

My brother-in-law (NitroRustlerDriver) machined a new chassis for his RS4 out of 1/8th inch thick carbon fiber on the CNC at school, I'll probably have him do one for mine when I get it.

HPI, Proline, Protoform, Andy's, there's lots. I've got quite a few, I'm a big fan of the HPI M3 GT body.

                          Tamiya's the only one, AFAIK.

Good luck with that Josh... The tt-01is a tub chassis meaning the chassis would have to be molded out of carbon fiber, and then you don't get the cool carbon fiber weave pattern.

Buy a TA-02 chassis and mount it. They fit fine that is what I'm doing with mine. I have 2 CF chassis for TA-02's. I have a beat original M3 kit and a Nissan Skyline and a Mercedes 2.5-16v EVO body so it just depends on my whim.
