Is it worth upgrading to Photoshop CS from 7.0?

I have photoshop 7.0 right now, and I was wondering if CS is much of an upgrade.

No, not really.


Many of the sites show a performance DECREASE across the board (Mac & PC).

And for the extra features (few and far between), it's more like a PS 7.5, not PS 8.
