    Well, i'm still alive?

    After selling the ol' e30 beater, i got myself a honda.. at the time it was great. good gas mileage, cheap insurance, etc. but now that i've got the money to play around with, i've been thinking about what i want next. amazingly the thought of an e30 didn't come to me until last night, i was actually thinking about a miata, but then as i was thinking about it, how comfortable will a miata be.. they're small, noisy, and hard to see out of.. which made me think of my old e30, it had everything i needed.. and so, i'm looking around for them again, hoping that i can find a decent one.


    cliffs: sold the e30, got a civic, thinking about next car.

    awesome! glad you got your mind right again!

    i grew up on hondas, and still love em, but the e30 is so sufficient for my needs. it completes me. i :heart: my e30.

      Hopefully before too long I will have an E31...until then, I just don't want to drive anything else that I can afford.

        Are E31's hard to find? I never see them anywhere. The only time I saw one was about 10 years ago at the auction and it was in pretty bad shape. But since then I had not seen one anywhere.

            e31s are pretty much cheap as shit, and very beautiful...

            but I'd hate to work on them.

            I'm not a huge fan of the m60 after driving one for a year... even with a 6 speed. I'd steer clear.

            but e30s are nice :)

              E31s are certainly not what I would call cheap. A nice 850 is gonna run about $25K, a true beauty is gonna be more like $50K if you are looking at an 850CSi. You can find a troubled car for about $10K.

                    theres a really clean 850ci in the san francisco bay or sacrament craigslist auto thought its selling for i think 18K auto and somewhere around 90k miles. and there was another one didnt get the miles but it was a 6-speed around 22K. ill see if i can get the link up later
