    Help! Exact Front Impact Strip with Side Marker Part No???!

    Does anyone know what the part numbers for the front two impact strips WITH side markers are? BMW keeps referencing just one number 51111971615 and 616 but it seems this number comes up for both the 325i and 325is however the 325i does not come with side markers. Anyone?

      my american spec 325i latemodel has sidemarkers in the trim.

      i and is cars are identical save for the few differences in seats, diff, power roof, spoilers. all other trim and bodywork are the same.

          well then I don't understand what the F! is going on that's why I am asking someone to either confirm the above mentioned part no.s as correct or to provide them.

              As stated, all general trim are the same between I and IS cars, but here's confirmation.

              realOEM (ETK) doesn't have a listing for a 325iS car, as it was an option package, not a different model.

              51111971616 right side

              the realoem diagram doesn't show a hole for marker, but reference the part at pelicanparts and it does. Bavauto might also.

              Furthermore, i replaced both my front bumper strips with the part numbers from realOEM two years ago... they have holes for sidemarkers.

                  Cool, thanks. I also saw the picture on PP. The place that is having to replace my impact strips due to their own stupidity (I'll leave names out for now) are basically feeding me some BS.
