That doesn't look like a Ferari, it looks like an F1 car...

    A Ferrari looks like this:

yeah but so did alot of other ugly cars in the 80s. i think the loss of the flip lights is generally a good thing on every car that left them in the 80s

having driven both a modena and a f355 berlinetta i have to say i like the f355 much much more... not saying i wouldnt take either one tho

360 has alot more grunt tho.. and the F1 shifter was awesome but the f355 had the traditional gated manual (which is a bitch to shift by the way there is no shifting that thing fast) and a tubi exhasut system on it and OMG that engine note is pue sex

been a passenger in a 550 sick car too but its a totally different animal.. no where near as raw

i swear i will own a f355 some day love that thing... pedals are positioned off center tho.. which is a little weird...

Man, what is up with you kids dissing the appearence of ferraris?

An e30 is indistinguishable from a mid 80's sentra from 20 yards.

A ferrari, on the other hand, is beautiful

Of the "modern" ferraris, I'd have to go with a 575 Maranello, I love the front engined cars.

Ken, what's with the 456? If you want 4 seats, at least go with the 612 scaglietti

As for my personal choice, a 64-67 275 GT, preferably an LM

Would you rather take a modena or a z8, they are around the same price. I would for sure take a z8, high end bmw-"low end" ferrari.

                      Charlie, you have good taste.

All moden Ferrari's are superb cars,my personal favourute being the 550M (not the 348 tho, pretty well junk), but for me, it would have to be one of these:

                      250GTB lusso
                      365 GTB/4 Daytona
                      Dino 246GT

                        No offence to BMW but, I wouldn't touch a Z8 with a 10ft pole!!

Now if you compared a M3 CSL to the Modena then I'd have to go with the CSL.

Personally, if it were me, it'd go for the Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale.

But Jordan, the Modena does do it for me. Although hearing a V12 on the street at WOT makes one almost cream his pants. :D

Personally, I'd go GT2 or GT3 if I had that kind of $$$.
                          I'm with Rob. GT2 or GT3.

I hope you are not as stupid as your comments.

As I think about it, it probably isn't that you are stupid. At this time of day, you are probably just sitting in your High School Algebra class--so... nevermind...

Again, I don't know how you can compare a Z8 or a CSL to a Modena.

Ferrari's are amazing cars, and those that argue it have never driven one, or are too childish to give them the respect they deserve. And as for looks? Honestly people, as soon as you can create a 650bhp sports car (or, hell, afford one), which is the second fastest road car in the world ever, an item I think many forget, then you can go tell Pininfarina what a shitty job the design is. A Ferrari is a Ferrari, and I greatly doubt that any other car make has as much of a presence in the industry that even when a non-autophile hears the name they instantly recognize it as some of the best performing cars on the planet. That is all there is to it. End of story.

                                Latest one I drove:

I am not a big fan of Ferrari, but you definitely have to give credit and respect where it is due. Their company has been on the cutting edge of automotive technology since they started. They may not always have the fastest car on the track, but they have always been true to their racing heritage. Unlike BMW, I doubt you'll be seeing any new 2005 Enzo 4 door automatics.
