Crazy Car Collection

Anyone remember the pictures of the crazy car collection? I think some car club was invited to check it out, tons of Porsches, race cars, all kinds of crap, just a stupid collection; I seem to remember it was some internet mogul or something?

Probably the Portland BMW ACA and the car collection of one of our local millionares. He ownes a yacht building company. 2 Carerra GTs, F40, F50, Enzo, Ford GT, 7 Lotus', SLR Mclaren, ZO6 ('Thats the car I drive when I want to go get a slurpee down the street'), many many race cars.

I dont have a link, i think they were all taken down. Some dumb kid on the tour took a pic of the route map and posted it along with the rest of the pics....totally retarded. There was a huge problem with his insurance company after that. They wanted to raise his rates a LOT. His garage was way out in the middle of nowhere, where hopefully no one would go looking. But with a map leading to it posted on the internet....well you can see the problem.

Are you thinking of the BMW CCA puget sound when we all went to see the Shirley's collection last spring? A few other collectors opened their doors too - one dude had an original GT40, a F40, F50, and a Enzo - all red.

I don't have anything hosted, but I have some shots I can post. Just my personal pics, nothing great.

I think C-BMW has the right one. I remember a non-descript looking building full of Porsches, race cars, loti, ferraris, etc

I remember that. It was a huge property and they were all in warehouses.
