Wheel seems close????

On my car the passenger side wheel seems quite close to the rear of the arch compared with the drivers side. Could this be because of different tyres or is it something else. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd blame a bent control arm. How is the steering, does it track straight?

Not sure never had it on the road yet.
