WTB: Moped or Vespa - Reccomendations?

I think he just wants to avoid the hassles of registering the bike, getting a motorcycle license, and paying insurance. Though the cafe style bike looks cooler, I think he's just looking for practicality and not what other people think of him.

why don't you just buy something cool. I just sold my 72 Honda CB350 cafe style bike. It was awesome, got lots of thumbs ups and looks plus they get around 60 miles to the gallon. Way more fun than a scooter.

I think mopeds are for fags, generally speaking.... I can see only one exception to this rule....

IF (big if) you live in a densely populated city (Hong Kong for example), then fine.... The one and only time I drove a Vespa was in Europe... but it made sense, driving a car around was a bitch half the time, and parking was even worse....

BOLD gazelle, fucking bold. If you had 2 mopeds and a buddy to cruise with you'd probably change you mind.

Vespas are awesome retro rides, but they are crappy engines and ride like a powered bicycle. Mopeds are scooters with more power and bolt on options. I'd recommend a vespa unless you really want to be riding in that left lane,
don't worry about looking like a fag riding a moped, just don't own one with a bunch of "Jesus" shit painted on it
