Sounds/looks like it's in great shape, but $5900 is pretty steep. I just picked one up for $1800, but it was in really bad shape. Still, It's only about $1500 max to get it running and looking near perfect...I would try and get her down to $5K

She wants $5900, I thought was is a pretty good deal compared to what I seen other verts go for. Yeah if my dads serious I'm going to get it on a lift, check everything out and do a compression test.

Well from what I seen the 325ic are pricey and couldn't find anything below 5k in decent condition. Plus you can't hate on the m-tech 2 kit w/ white interior.

And for $5900 I think this car is a steal, I'm going to go check it out thursday.
Exterior and interior are the only differences .
Suspension is regular 325ic stuff , nothing special .
And all but like maybe 5 were originally automatics .

Can be a nice car but $5900 is definitely NOT a steal for that car no matter how you slice it .

    Might purchase M-tech II Vert

I just found this locally and my dad is really interested in it as a secondary car. I know these aren't the true M-tech 2, but m-tech 2 package is still rare and beautiful enough to purchase as a cruiser.

It has 119k miles, looks like it's in immaculate condition. It has a brand new power vert top. Some lady has owned it for the year, has had it under a car cover for most of that time and has no idea what she really owns. Sadly the car is an Automatic, but that is nothing an s50 / manual tranny swap can't fix in the future. And for $5900 I think this car is a steal, I'm going to go check it out thursday.

I know the only differences being exterior/interior styling and m-technic suspension. Was there anything else different in the m-tech package?

    Here are the pics.
