    m30 pan

    how hard to change the oil pan gasket? what type of bolts hold it in?

    With the motor in the car, if it is an e30, it is very hard. With the motor out of the car, it is very easy. Not sure what the bolt size is, but probably 10-12mm.

      so there just oridinary bolts you can take off with a socket wrench?

        Yes, there are about 30 of them, maybe more. it's 10mm actually.
