1-series( will there be an M1)
      3-series
      m3 is now seperated from 3series. :/
      5-series (m5)
      6- series (M6)
7-series (will there be an M7.. mcleran engine perhaps?
and then the minie, x, and whatever else bmw comes up with for soccer moms and SUV lovers

does anyone thing there will EVER be a BMW pick up truck?? like the F150 lol

why would BMW need an engine with 10+ year old technology? the s64 thats in the new M3 is leaps and bounds better than the engine in the mclaren

Didn't E31 CSIs and later E34 M5s have the floating rotors? or where those also euro only?

I still think it looks cheap. The mirrors and hood looks like ebay specials. I wonder how these new carbon fiber roofs will hold up though, will the clearcoat yellow and peel after a few years?

But still with cheapo floating calipers.

And they actually compare the overweight (at 3600 + pounds it weighs more than my old M635CSI!) load to a Porsche 911? I guess BMW thinks their I-drive and contrived styling will make up for it's shortcomings compared to a Porsche. They just don't get it.

Yeah well, that's why in the text they adress "form vs. function'. They are well aware of the criticisms.

That this new M3 weighs more than a 6-series shark is...yikes. Visually comparing the 2 cars side by side you would never think the M is heavier than the E21
