    New member saying hello

    Hello everyone.
Yesterday morning I bought an '89 325is, so I figure this is the place to start researching answers to all the little things I have been running into (dead tach, dead water temp, 4 green lights in the dash always lit!!!:hitler:)...lol...anyway..
    I love this little car:

Picked it up for $450, suspension is in such great shape, everything works as it should more or less...straight body but much much much in need of polish (maybe even roller paint). I worked on a 2002 with a friend for a few summers a while back, and even though this is a different car, it has a lot of the things that make me grin while driving.

    :D

for now my plans for the car are to clean her up as best as possible, perform all maintenance and repair anything i find along the way and drive it around to work, long trips...work out all the bugs...establish a base.

Then, if all goes well, it will receive more attention with some uprated parts for suspension, recaros, and paint to eventually become my everyday car.

Pics will follow...i will start a thread in the proper place.
                :)
