stereo code missing!

    stereo code missing!

    1989 325is , got the car today, battery was disconnected and now the stereo doesn't work. the po doesn't know the code. how can I get it? this is going to suck if the radio is unusable.

    go to your local BMW dealer, they'll give it to you for free

      PM me the serial number. I'll get you the code.

        get the serial number from on top (sometimes on the back) of the stereo and PM it to kellie.
        ALSO, if the serial number has not been accessed within the last 8 years (or about there) then the serial number will not show up/be invalid. It's a weird system.
