Hey Yall, I just picked up a 87 325i convertible as my beater / project car. i plan to just get it running solid (lots of rust in fenders, and random smoke from vents???) first so i can do an overhaul on my other car (stage 3 B5 S4)

i have HUGE visions and plans for the car, namely:

widebody - with either those BMP plastic flares, or rolling out the lip and messing with it myself

s50 motor / sr20 motor - this is a pipe dream at this point, just going to play with the body first

gutted interior and cage - when the time comes

well im glad i found this place, there are a lot of nice e30s. be easy on my n00b questions in the near future

if you're going to drop that kinda coin on upgrades, consider buying a rust free shell. It took me two years to come to that conclusion with mine.
