Do I need a skidplate with m3 springs and no pads?

Don't want to nail the oil pan. Doesnt look like a fun job.

No way dude, you are nowhere near low enough to truly NEED one.

Gotta have coilovers or some superlow stuff for a real need for one. I have 4 inches of clearance from the oilpan to the ground, and I don't have one, and I've never hit it on anything for two years.

Just wanted to be sure. I'm paranoid.

I have M3 springs and a skidplate. That's because I had it laying around though.

M3 springs lower a car about .75 inch if I recall. No pads makes it a little lower.

Sounds perfect. I'm sure i was in more danger with my blown shocks and stock springs.
