easy there,

I only say that to myself, in an attempt to justify the accident, I don't want to waste any energy crying over something that I can't do anything about, and knowing myself, I'd be sympathizing for the next hour or so

Looks like Lazur Blau or Mauritius blau. Most likely Mauritius blau, which is strange, as i thought it was a 325i Motorsport convertible only colour.

Could it have to do with the possible fact that the car is not in the states? Maybe in other countries the color was availible?

I know it's not, look at the sign, also, the 325i Motorsport vert was an England only car, and that car is obviously from England, becuase it's a Euro spec car in an Englsih speaking country, ie: pretty much NZ / England or Australia. It's narrowed down further, as neither NZ or Australia call their small towns villages.
