So we can get good diesel for our 500 lbs of torque TDi Touregs V10's. To bad it will take so long to phase in.

Yay! 2012, that's right around the corner! Gimme a break, 'the big three', Cummins, and Caterpillar will lobby to push that date to 2020 and beyond.
