    worth of this 85 325e?

There is a local e30 for sale. It is a 1985 325e, bronzit four door 5 speed with 190,000 miles. Body is very straight with some minor dents, all the door seams and everything are great. There is some surface rust on the driver's rear wheel well, but no holes. There are also rust spots by the trunk and taillight. Paint is fading on the roof. Vinyl interior with rear seat armrest. New muffler system. I didn't drive it yet or hear the engine run, but was told that there's never been any problems. I don't know if there are any leaks or anything. The current owner just simply wants a new car. Asking $2000 OBO. What do you think?

$2000 seems abit steep. sounds more like $1000 or under maybe better. But i payed $400 for my 85 and $800 for my 87.

I'd say no more than $600 for a bronzit...

J/K, id say no more than 1k since the body is straight.

$500 tops depending on maintance status. I passed on a 88 325iS for $600 that was bronzit this week. Buyer wanted to say give me $50 more and I walked as it needed paint and brakes and a fender. But it was complete with upgrades but was rough. Has a black leather interior that wasn't torn up.

For 2G search some more, I have seen some semi rough as in paint and high mileage late models for that price.

Stock Eta eS car you will hate it in a week.
