    Pic Request: GC Camber plates

Installed pics, from the top (engine bay). Pics of the inside on of the strut tower would be nice too, but I doubt you guys have them.

Good, I was just hoping mine weren't installed wrong.

Here is the pic from the GC website:

I have always wondered why I would always have to move bolts around and stuff when making adjustments, and when I saw this pic I thought mine may be wrong :P

Robert, there are supposed to be two allen bolts on each side of the strut on the inside part, a total of seven allen bolts per side

Yeah I know, but I didn't see a way to use two, unless the camber was set to like -2, or something.

I was adjusting them before work one day, and don't know of a way to set the camber at minimal and have two allen bolts on each side.

You have to exercise caution when taking advice from Bryson...he gets a bit destructive sometimes. :P

Before you start cutting sheet metal, find the missing bolts, grind down the washers a bit on one side each, and reinstall them side-by-side (i.e., in adjacent holes). Doing that alone will allow you to back off the camber. THEN...if you need to reduce the camber further, consider cutting the towers. GC should have sent you a template to use or, if not, just eye ball it.

This isn't a very high quality pic (had a blow up a previously editted pic), but you will be able to at least get the idea.

I was going to find a long open ended washer (U instead of an o washer) and maybe grinding a bit of that down.
