Yup, that's pretty much what I've heard too. Sports are stiffer than Cup Kit.

Yea Im getting kinda sick of my Cup Kit. They drop my car a good deal, but theyre soft as shit. Im thinking about going with some GC Coilover and maybe some konis if I have the extra cash. What would be a good spring tension to get for mostly street and some ocassional Auto X, Track? I dont care if the ride is rough, just as long as its not rediculously hard to drive around the street. I was thinking somewhere along the means of 350lb front and 475lb rear? Would that be a good front and rear combo? or should I chose a different tension to accomidate the front to rear? Ill prolly talk to richard over at michaelangelo motorwerkes and see what he reccomends.

or you could talk to ground control. contrary to popular belief, they'll actually know a good deal about springs rates and such.

BTW- I am very happy with my cup kit, the spring rates are soft for heavy ass 325s, but they feel great on my 318
