Where is my VIN??!?!cantfind it on car!!!

I just searched through the engine bay on in door jams, dash, and in all 4 fenders and I couldn't find my VIN !!!! I don't understand, where else could it be?!
But under the hood I did find a plate saying It's an authenic Japan model manufactered in Munich West Germany ( with a ID number of like 71780 or something like that)

    So where could it be?

But on my spare key from the shop down the road where it gets looked after theres a tag on the key with a VIN on it, im just not sure if its my VIN or if its just an old tag re used for my key.. the VIN is
    WBABA21010EB

Look on top of your dash and in the door jam plus under the hood in the middle of the firewall below the wiper arm.

The VIN is stamped on the sheetmetal lip above the windshield wiper motor compartment. You must remove the weatherstripping to find it.

Your firewall is the part of the body behind the motor. I marked in red where you should find your vin #.

That VIN, according to real OEM, is a 91 convertible left steer automatic 320i european spec.

                  Sound right?

The VIN on Japanese cars is behind the weather stripping of the engine bay, in the area shown marked in red in the picture above.

That's what he has. Japanese cars show up as Euro spec.

don't think realoem.com has that functionality. Keep in mind cars produced towards the end of the year are often titled for the following. For example my car was built in October 1988, but is titled as a 1989.

check that, it says 6/91 manuf date. Find the thread of the guy who can look up VIN build info, it's around here somewhere.

                              post the vin here:

on my euro M535i, the vin was rivited to the left pillar by the windsheild. Federalization FTL, making the euro look ugly!
                              NEED SOME VINYL STICKERS???
