But most of the times it doesnt take a very important person to have an armored X5. If Peru is like Brazil, anyone with a BMW, Mercedes, or any other import car, has their car armored.

In South America people will pull up to you with a gun at a traffic light..... so in order to keep their cars and their lives, they armor their cars.
