mods on or mods off to sell the E30?

I'm replacing the head on my 318iS and then I'm going to sell it.

I have a lot of parts sitting around that I had high hopes for this car. At my stage of life it's best for me to just cut my losses and sell it. I have a 1 year old, I'm going back to school and working etc. There's no time to continually tinker with this car. After a major issue like cracked head and gasket, timing system and cooling system etc I'm leary of what else I'll be doing in the future. I have new brakes, shocks/springs, wheels etc sitting around, new in box.

Will I make more money installing the parts and selling a reconditioned and modded car for a loss or just sell it stock with reconditioning for a loss?
I could at least sell this new stuff here on the boards.

What do folks think is more attractive and will leave the most money in my pocket?

You'll always get more money selling the car and the mods separate.

    What do you have?

      All new in boxes
      SS brake lines
      New front rotors OEM
      (i think) Axxis metalmaster pads
      Bilstien Sports
      H&R springs
Water pump installed one day before head gasket went
      Same for thermostat
Konig rewinds 15x7 specific sizing for the E30 with Falken 512 tires... never even mounted these wheels yet.
      Replacement plexi foglight lenses
      Front strut mounts
      Rear shock mounts
E36 M3 shifter with nearly complete rebuild bushings etc ready for short shifter.
New front control arms with balljoints
      Ultraflex offset front CABs

      It's a dang shopping list...

I just don't feel like installing everything and still having to deal with this car and what else may go wrong.

Can't think of what else but there's certainly going to be leftover M42 hoses and gaskets too, new in box.

I guess selling everything seperate will get most of my money back, and I can use the $ for the next car.

Shoot, a lot of people want parts so I guess I'll go ahead and sell them seperately, fix the car and then sell the car stock.

                    I guess that answers that.

I'll post these in the for sale forums since this is the wrong thread for selling stuff.
