Burgandrot Euro 323 in PNW

Does any one know who owns the burgandrot 323 in the Portland area? I saw it today at the hospital (work) and it had Washington plates.

It was uber clean, lowered, had some sort of skirts all around.

Just thought they'd be a welcome member to the community.
